NU Connect - Your On-The-Go Companion for Northumbria Resources and Services
NU Connect is an iPhone app developed by Northumbria University. It is a free education and reference program designed to be your on-the-go companion for various Northumbria resources and services.
With NU Connect, you can easily find your way to your new class, locate spare PCs and software, stay updated on campus events, and even check the availability of washing machines in your halls.
The app offers several useful features. Undergraduate Open Days allow you to book sessions, navigate the campus, and create a personal schedule for the day. My Learning provides access to class and exam timetables, surveys, and educational analytics for first-year students.
You can also stay informed about campus activities through the What's On section, which includes career events and allows you to plan your day accordingly. The Students' Union section provides information about Freshers' Week, societies, gigs, and academic advice.
NU Connect also includes a Finder feature to search for available PCs and Macs across campus, as well as food outlets and university accommodations. The Maps feature connects you to campus maps, and the Travel feature helps you find parking spots and bus timetables.
